摘  要:提出一种新的相量测量单元(PMU)配置策略,同时搭建了由数据采集与监控系统(SCADA)和广域测量系统(WAMS)组成的混合量测平台。定量比较PMU阶段性配置过程中状态估计数值稳定性变化、PMU配置前后的估计误差及不同PMU配置方案下的各个母线估计误差,对所提出的经济且实用的PMU子站建设新方案进行了多角度验证。A novel placement strategy of PMUs (Phasor Measurement Unit ) was proposed. Moreover, a hybrid measuring platform, which is consisted of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition ) and WAMS (Wide-area Measurement System ), was established. Based on this platform, the comparative study on numerical stability during placing procedure of PMUs, the analysis of error covariance matrix of state estimation before and after the placement of PMUs and precision improvement of different placement strategies were given. This novel and economic placement scheme of PMUs was studied from multi-aspects.
