摘　　要：目的探讨原发性骨非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析我院1992年1月至2003年6月收治的22例原发性骨非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床资料。结果本组1,3,5,10年生存率分别为95.2%、76.2%、68.8%和71.4%;其中化疗+放疗±手术组1,3,5,10年生存率分别为100.0%、100.0%、100.0%和100.0%,化疗±手术组分别为91.7%、58.3%、44.4%和50.0%。结论原发性骨非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗应以化疗+放疗的综合治疗,必要时辅以手术。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of primary non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma of bone （PLB）. Methods Twenty-two cases with PLB from January 1992 to June 2003 Jn our hospital were retrospectively analysed. Results The 1-, 3 -,5 -, 10- year survival rates were 95.2%, 76.2%, 68.8% and 71.4% respectively in all cases. In patients treated with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy with/without local excision,the rates were 100.0%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 100.0% respectively. In patients treated with chemotherapy with/without local excision, the rates were 91. 7%, 58.3%, 44.4% and 50.0% respectively. Conclusions The treatment of PLB is combined modality including chemotherapy and radiotherapy, while surgery is an adjuvant measure.
