摘 要:目的:对2006年安徽省淮北市菌痢项目分离到的52株志贺菌进行毒力基因的检测,以了解其毒力基因的携带情况。方法:应用PCR方法,以ipaH、ia1、setl、sen为靶基因进行检测,并用setl和sen对其进行基因分型。结果:52株志贺菌中,所有菌株的ipaH基因均为阳性,47株(90.38%)的ial基因为阳性,45株(86.54%)为set1阳性,38株(73.08%)为sen阳性。52株菌共分4种基因型:5株为setl(一)/sen(一),9株为setl(+)/sen(一),2株为setl(一)/sen(+),36株为setl(+)/sen(+)。结论:淮北市志贺菌的ShET-1和ShET-2携带率相当高,setl(+)/sen(+)为优势基因型。Objective:To understand the distribution of the virulence of Shigella spp.separated from Huaibei City in 2006.Methods:Detection of Shigella spp.by PCR assay targeting the ipaH gene,ial gene,set1 gene and sen gene,then genotype of Shigella spp.is make sure by set1 and sen.Results:A total of 52 strains of Shigella spp with ipaH gene were all positive,47 strains of Shigella spp.with ial gene(90.38%) were positive,45 strains of Shigella spp.with set1 gene(86.54%) were positive,38 strains of Shigella spp.with sen gene(73.08%) were positive.The 52 strains of Shigella spp.were divided into 4 genotypes:5 of set1(-)/sen(-),9 of set1(+)/sen(-),2 of set1(-)/sen(+),36 of set1(+)/sen(+).Conclusion:The carrier rate of Shigella spp.with ShET-1 and ShET-2 in Huaibei City is very high and set1(+)/sen(+) is the advantageous gene.
