摘  要:[目的]为了科学地种植香蕉或其他经济作物,研究水田改种香蕉后土壤理化性质的变化。[方法]通过对海南琼海市塔洋镇具有代表的水田改种香蕉园土壤取样,并与其附近未改种的水田土壤比较,探讨土壤养分含量及酶活性的变化。[结果]水田改种香蕉园土壤全磷、全钾、速效磷、速效钾、碱解氮含量和pH值均出现了明显的增加;土壤有机质和全氮没有表现明显变化;香蕉土壤有效性锰含量比水田的显著增加,而有效性铁含量却显著降低;香蕉土壤蔗糖酶活性较水田显著增强;土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾和酸碱度与蔗糖酶活性均表现极显著相关。[结论]蔗糖酶活性可作为评价水田改种香蕉土壤肥力的敏感指标。[Objective] The changes of soil chemical and physical properties in banana field from rice field were studied for scientific planting banana or other economic crops.[Method] The soil nutrient and enzyme activities of rice field and banana field from it were measured and analyzed comparatively.[Result] The banana soil total and available phosphorus,total and available potassium,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available Mn and pH values increased at the height,but available Fe decreased dramatically.The soil invertase level greatly increased.Invertase level correlated closely with the contents of soil organic matter,total and available nitrogen,total and available phosphorus,total and available potassium,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and pH values.[Conclusion] Invertase level could be used as a comprehensive index of soil fertility.
