摘　　要：内蒙古地区少数民族大学生自身存在的问题,在一定程度上影响着其就业。例如,职业价值观落后、汉语和外语水平低、心理素质与自我评价存在偏差、信息量不足、求职技能掌握不熟练等,直接影响着其顺利就业。为此,政府和学校加大投入力度,促进少数民族大学生的就业率提高。Inner Mongolian national minority University student own question, is affecting its employment to a certain extent.
