摘  要:从浙江杭州地区的土壤分离、筛选到1株能转化β-氨基丙腈生产β-氨基丙酸的苗株G20。对该菌进行形态特征观察、生理生化测定、Biolog GP2鉴定以及16S rDNA序列相似性和系统发育分析,确定G20为红串红球菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis)。其特征:培养48h后菌落呈桔黄色,干燥。隆起,圆形;电镜观察.为长杆菌,大小(0.3~0.8)μm×(2~5)μm;革兰氏阳性菌;能较强利用Biolog系统95种碳源中的25种,与红串红球菌的相似性100%,相似性指数为0.58;以16S rDNA序列为基础构建包括15株邻近种属细菌在内的系统发育树,其中与红串红球菌的相似性最高.To search for microorganisms that can convert nitriles to higher-value amides or acids, a bacterial strain G20, which can convert β-aminopropionitrile into β-alanine, was isolated and screened from soil in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Based on the characteristics of morphology, physiology and biochemical tests, Biolog GP2 identification, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, strain G20 was identified as Rhodococcus erythropolis. The bacterial colonies on the plate appeared round, dry, convex and pale orange--yellow in color after 48 h incubation. The cells were long rod-like, (0.3-0.8) μm × (2-5)μm. The strain of gram positive could strongly utilize 25 of 95 carbon-substrates resulting from analysis of Biolog GP2, bearing the similarity probability of 100% with Rhodococcus erythropolis and the similarity index 0.58. A phylogenetic tree, which was constructed by comparing with the validly published 16S rDNA sequences of the related strains from Genbank, showed that strain G20 was clustered together with Rhodococcus erythropolis, with the highest sequence similarity.
