摘　　要："生生之谓易"是《周易》提出的一个重要命题。"生生",既是宇宙万物发生发展普遍遵循的法则,又是宇宙万物推陈出新的基本规律。同时,也是人类蓬勃向上、追求进步的基本精神。这个命题,不仅是中医养生理论的渊源,也是中医养生的指导原则。＂The vigorous life is Yi＂ is the important concept in Zhouyi. ＂The vigorous life＂, is the general rule of universe generation and development, is also the base law of weeding through the old to bringing for the new of all things, at the same time, it is also the base spirit of rising and progress. The concept is source of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory in life-cultivation,is also the guide of TCM life - cultivation.
