摘　　要：目的:研究癫痫患者发作期脑血流灌注显像规范化采集的程序及方法。方法:通过对41例癫痫患者发作期显像,并与脑电图及MR的结果进行比较,结合手术后病理,探讨癫痫发作期提高致癫灶检出率的方法。结果:规范发作期脑血流灌注采集方法后,可检出92%的致癫灶。结论:发作期脑血流灌注显像的规范化采集可明显提高致癫灶的检出率。Objective：To investigate the method and procedure of optimized single photon emission computed tomography （SPECT） brain imaging in ictal epilepsy. Methods： In order to increase the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of SPECT, optimized brain SPECT was performed in 41 ictal epilepsy patients, and were compared with electroencephalogram （ EEG）, magnetic resonance （MR） imaging and postoperative pathological results. Results： Focal brain lesions were diagnosed in 92% ictal epilepsy patients after optimization of brain SPECT. Conclusion： Optimized brain SPECT can increase the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of SPECT for ictal epilepsy patients.
