摘　　要：文章综合阐述了社会工作本土化的相关理论,分析了中国社会工作专业教育存在的问题:社会工作专业教育质量偏低;社会工作教育师资力量薄弱;社会工作专业教育中课程设置重理论轻实务;"拿来即用"现象依然存在,"本土化"特色不够。在此基础上提出了社会工作本土化教育模式的基本框架。This paper illustrates the relevant theories on localization of social work in China. It attempts to analyze the problems existing in the teaching field of social work： low quality of education on social work, weak teaching staff in this regard, theoretical knowledge outweighing practice in curriculum design, rigid and stereotyped application still existing, less localization. Based upon the above, it puts forward the basle framework of teaching mode for social work.
