中草药诱导人胃癌细胞凋亡可能分子机制

摘　　要：我国民间采用中草药治疗癌症历史悠久,临床根据民间验方、组方治疗癌症亦取得肯定的疗效。近年来,为筛选抗癌中草药、证实中草药或其有效成分的抗癌作用以及探索其抗癌机制的研究较多。本文综述中草药或其有效成分诱导人胃癌细胞凋亡的研究进展,指出其可能主要是通过细胞周期阻滞作用,线粒体,提高细胞内游离Ca2+水平,降低端粒酶活性和影响fas/fasl的表达等机制来实现。In Chinese folk, there was a long history of using the herbal medicine to cure the cancer and has already acquired great curative effect of using proved receipt. In these years, it has already showed many researches about filtering the herbal medicine, proving the function of effective element in the herbal medicine for curing the cancer and discovering the anti-cancer mechanism. The main point in this article is about the process of the researching the effective element of the herbal medicine which abducted stomach cancer cell apoptosis. This article also points out in order to implement this, the effect method probably maintain： blocking the cell cycle, the mitochondrial, the advancing of the dissociation Ca^2＋ in the cell, reducing the activity of human telomerase and affect the expressing mechanism of fas/fasl.
