摘　　要：目的:为了解碱性纤维母细胞生长因子(bFGF)与血管瘤及血管畸形的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,对86例血管瘤和28例血管畸形组织切片进行 bFGF 表达的测定。结果:bFGF 在血管瘤中高表达,而在血管畸形中低表达(P<0.01)。在血管瘤中 bFGF 的表达与其内皮细胞的增生程度有关。内皮细胞增生愈强,其 bFGF 的表达愈高(P<0.01)。结论:提示 bFGF 与血管瘤的增生及退化有关,而与血管畸形无明显关系。Objective:To understand the relationship between basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)and hemangioma(H)or vascular malformation(VM).Methods:The expression of bFGF was examined by immunohistochemistry in the tissue sections from 86 cases with H and 28 VM. Results:The expression of bFGF was high in H and low in VM(P<0.01).There was definite relation between the expression of bFGF and the proliferation of endothelial cells in H,the more the proliferation of endothelial cells,the higher the expression of bFGF(P<0.01).Conclusion: bFGF is definitely related to the proliferation and involution of H but VM is not.
