冷基循环微波聚能刀联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察冷基循环微波聚能刀(PMCT)联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和对患者生活质量的影响。方法80例NSCLC患者随机分为PMCT联合化疗组和单纯化疗组,每组40例,两组化疗方案均为顺铂+艾素。比较两组患者治疗6个月后的临床疗效、生存率和生活质量评分。结果PMCT联合化疗组和单纯化疗组患者治疗3个月后的有效率分别为52.5%(21/40)和32.5%(13/40),两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。PMCT联合化疗组6个月生存率为87.5%(35/40),单纯化疗组6个月生存率为62.5%(25/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PMCT联合化疗组治疗6个月后生活质量总评分为(143.6±2.4)分,KPS评分为(93±4)分;单纯化疗组治疗6个月后生活质量总评分为(121.5±3.5)分,KPS评分为(79±3)分,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PMCT联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC近期疗效优于常规化疗。Objective To evaluate short-term effects of percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy（PMCT） combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods Eighty cases with advanced NSCLC were randomly assigned to underwent chemotherapy plus PMCT（PMCT group,n=40） or single chemotherapy（chemotherapy group,n=40）.The chemotherapeutics regimen was Taxotere plus Cisplatin.The preliminary results and quality of life score of two groups were compared.Results In PMCT group and chemotherapy group,the 3-month relieve rate was 52.5% and 32.5%,and the half-year survival rate was 87.5% and 62.5%,respectively.The differences between the two groups were both significant（P〈0.05）.The quality of life score in PMCT group was significantly higher than that in chemotherapy group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion PMCT combined with chemotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
