摘　　要：目的：为临床尺动脉腕背支皮瓣设计改进提供解剖学基础。方法：用４０侧成人上肢标本，对尺动脉腕背支的起始、走行、分支分布、吻合以及浅深静脉伴行交通关系，进行详细的解剖观察。结果：尺动脉腕背支是前臂、腕部和手背尺侧复合组织的营养血管，与手、腕部形成多部位的吻合。贵要静脉粗大，深静脉与其交通丰富。结论：以尺动脉腕背支为蒂，可在前臂尺侧、手背尺侧设计顺行、逆行皮瓣，用于手腕部创伤修复。并就术式设计提出吻接贵要静脉等改进建议。Objective:To study the anatomical distribution of the dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery in order to provid anatomical basis for improve design of operation in clinical Methods:Fourty sides of cadaveric upper extremities were used in the study The origin,course,branches distributions,anastomosis and the communication of superficial profund vein of the dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery were dissected in detail Results:The dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery in nutritional vessels of combinative organization of the forearm,carpus and ulnar aspect of dorsum of hand,make many part anastomosis with another vessels of hand and carpus The basilic vein is big,there are many communication with profund vein Conclusion:The conformable,reverse flap were designed on the ulnar aspect of forearm,ulnar aspect of dorsal of hand with dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery for traumatic repairing of part of hans carpal And provide a suggestion for improve design of operation with anastomosis of basilic vein
