摘　　要：为适应社会主义市场经济体制的建立和卫生改革与发展的需要，必须加强卫生管理队伍的建设，建立一支通晓现代管理学知识，熟悉卫生事业发展规律的职业化的卫生管理队伍。本文提出了选拔卫生管理人才的标准和主要措施。To meet the needs of socialist market economic ＂system and the development establishment and, health reform and development, we should strengthen the building of the health management team. The professional health team should be proficient with modern management knowledge, and be familiar with the development principle of the health profession. The author makes the standards and key measures to select talents for health management.
