烯啶虫胺原药的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：介绍了以甲醇-水(体积比40∶60)为流动相,使用VP-ODS不锈钢柱,在260nm条件下使用紫外检测器,对烯啶虫胺原药进行高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量。测定方法中烯啶虫胺的回收率99.2%～100.2%,标准偏差为0.14,变异系数为0.14%,方法快速、准确、可靠。The quantitive analysis of nitenpyram TC was determination by HPLC. The operating conditions by HPLC were ODS column, using methanol and water （40：60, by vol） as mobile phase and wavelength 260 nm. The recoveries of diafenthiuron was 99.2-100.2%, the stand deviation was 0.14, the RSD was 0.14%. Indicating that this method is fast, accura and resporserble.
