摘　　要：对影响石油企业技术创新能力发展的主要经济变量——油价水平、外汇汇率以及利率水平的近期走势及未来发展趋势进行了分析,目的是能够客观地认识经济环境对石油企业技术创新能力的影响,加快推进石油企业技术创新进程,提高石油企业核心竞争力。The article analyzes the main economical variables which influence technology innovation of the petroleum enterprise such as recent and future trend of oil price, foreign exchange rate, interest rate. It aims to have an impersonal realization of the in- fluence which economy environment does to the technology innovation of the petroleum enterprise, and promote the technical improvement process and the core comoetencv to the oetroleum enterorise.
