补肾活血方药对痴呆大鼠模型脑组织形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血方药对痴呆大鼠模型脑组织形态学的影响。方法两个口服治疗组每日10g/kg,20g/kg补肾活血方药和一个空白对照组,30d后在光镜和电镜下观察脑组织形态学变化。结果两药物治疗组脑神经纤维密度、神经元及血管分布等方面较对照组有明显改善,脑神经细胞核内染色质分布、胞浆内线粒体数目、脂褐素颗粒数目方面较对照组有明显改善;用药两组间差异不明显。结论补肾活血方药对痴呆大鼠脑组织形态有明显改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue herbs on the brain tissue morphology of demented nlouse. Methods To use two therapeutic dose groups of 10g/kg,20g/kg and control group to demented mouse. These mouse were given orally with the herbs for 30 days;to observe the hrain tissue change in the cultured brain sclice under light microseopy and electriee microscopy. Results There were obvious changes in dense of neural fibers, nerens,blood varscular,chromatin distribution of neural cell core,lipofusein and mitoehondrin mount of kyloplasm between the therapeutic group and eoutral group ;the defferences of two theraputieal dose groups were not oberved. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue herbs have obvious therapeutic effects on demented mouse.
