摘　　要：从经济损失、生态环境破坏、灾害影响程度以及气候背景、大气环流异常等方面对2008年1月10日到2月5日广西遭遇的50年一遇罕见低温雨雪冰冻灾害进行综合影响评估。认为:①持续低温雨雪冰冻极端天气造成了多种灾害并发,长时间打乱了正常的社会生产生活秩序,造成严重经济损失,灾后重建困难大;②凝冻灾害造成道路结冰、供电线路积冰,是导致交通运输瘫痪、电网中断、通讯受阻的致灾因子;③凝冻灾害不仅给广西林业造成了严重损失,同时对今后一段时期的生态环境变化可能带来较大的负面影响,应引起高度重视。Base on the economic losses, ecological environment damage, influential degree of the disaster, climate background and anomaly of the atmospheric circulation, the influence of the rare disaster caused by low temperature, rain, snow and frozen in Guangxi from January 10 to February 5, 2008 is estimated comprehensively. The continuous the extreme weather of low temperature rain with snow and frozen caused lots of disasters, and it continued for so long that the normal production and peoples＇ life are disrupted. The loss in industrial and agricultural production is serious and reconstruction after the disaster was extremely difficult. It is a kind of disaster that meets once every 50 years. The highways were frozen, electric cables were heaped by ice which are the factors leading to interruption of transportation and electric network and blocking of communication. The frozen disaster has brought the forestry of Guangxi a heavy loss and resulted in a tremendous negative influence on the ecological environment change in the future, to which much attention should be paid.
