湖南省肥胖女大学生出现率及其体质现状研究

摘　　要：为了了解湖南省肥胖女大学生出现率及其体质现状,选取湖南省不同地州市区5所大学的二年级女学生6127人为研究对象,按照国家体质监测标准和方法进行体质健康的相关指标的测定,结果显示:湖南省女大学生肥胖出现率已达7.93%,其心肺机能和身体素质与同年龄正常体重女学生比较有显著性差异,研究表明:湖南省肥胖女大学生出现较高,心肺功能水平较差,身体素质水平下降。On the purpose of knowing the rate of occurrence and the present corporeity of obeset female university students In Hunan province,6127 girl students from five universities in diffrent regions of Hunan province are chosed as the study objects . Tests are given according to the States Corporeity Monitoring Standard and Method with the result indicated that the rate of the obesefemale students has reached 7.93% and the function of their heart and lungs as well as their physical quality is obviously distintive from the normal weight female students at the same age . The research also shows that the rate of the obese female students has found to be a little high ,the function of their heart and lungs is proved to be worse and the level of their physical quality is decreasing .
