摘　　要：机动车尾气排放总量是评价一个城市空气环境质量的指标之一,也是各城市环保机构所需要计算并对公众公布的一个重要指标,针对这一情况,简要介绍了城市机动车尾气排放总量的测算方法,并对该测算方法进行了程序设计与实现。Vehicle emission gross is one useful measure to evaluate the air qualities of an urban area. It is also an important index that most urban environmental protection agencies need to calculate and release to the public. This paper provides a brief introduction to the calculation method of the vehicle emission gross for urban areas, and then designs and implements a calculation program accordingly.
