摘　　要：《思想道德修养与法律基础》是据"05方案"开设的一门高校思想政治理论新课程(简称《基础》课)。新的课程应遵循一定的教学原则并采取相应的教学方法,才能取得好的教学效果。本文结合教学实践对此进行了探讨。'Thought and Moral Cultivation and Basic Law' is a new college course on the grounds of 05 Scheme. The new course should have new teaching rules and methods responding to relatively so as to have good teaching effect. The article probes into them according to my experience in teaching practice.
