摘  要:利用rhBMP-2具有骨诱导作用,采用混合法将rhBMP-2载入到磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)中,旨在通过CPC协同形成高效骨修复材料。用XRD和SEM检测了其理化特性,同时也测量含rhBMP-2CPC的抗压强度、固化时间和生物力学强度。并对该材料进行动物体内实验。结果表明:rhBMP-2载入对CPC固化时间、抗压强度、物相组成无明显影响。但是,体内实验表明:rhBMP-2的加入使CPC材料能更好的发挥其良好的骨诱导性和骨传导性。Self-setting CPC/rhBMP-2 composite pellet was constructed. It is known that rhBMP-2 plays a function of osteoconduction in bone growth. The study was to develop a good utility Skeletal repair material by incorporating calcium phosphate cement (CPC) and rhBMP-2. The physics and chemistry performance of the new Skeletal repair material was examined with X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The compressive intensity, solidified time and biomechanics intensity also were examined. The prepared material was studied in vivo. The results show that adding rhBMP-2 to CPC has no influence on CPC's compressive intensity, solidify time and phase composition. It means that rhBMP-2 has no influence on the physics and chemistry performance of CPC either, but the result of in vivo study indicates that CPC with rhBMP-2 composite shows better osteoconduction and osteoinducement than CPC.
