摘  要:研究了切绘机数控系统的硬件设计和软件的开发过程。系统的硬件由CPU主控板与运动控制板组成,两者之间通过PC104总线相连。CPU主控板采用S3C44B0处理器,运动控制板以MCX314As作为实时运动控制的核心。设计了基于实时多任务操作系统μC/OS-II的切绘机数控系统软件的总体结构,建立了系统的软件平台,开发了系统软件的应用程序,详细介绍了应用程序中各个任务的功能及任务间的通信过程,并阐述了切绘机数控系统软件的工作过程。The hardware design and the software development process of the cutting plotter numerical control system are studied.The hardware of the system is composed of the CPU(Central Processing Unit) controlling board and the motion controlling board. The two controlling boards are connected by PC104 bus connector. The S3C44B0 processor is used in the CPU board, and the MCX314As which controls real-time motion is used in the motion controlling board. The total software structure of the cutting plotter numerical control system is designed based on the real-time multitask operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ. The software platform of the numerical control system is established, and the application program of the system is developed. The functions of various tasks in the application program and the communication process among various tasks are introduced in detail, and moreover, the software working process of the cutting plotter numerical control system is explained.
