摘  要:船舶主机性能的优劣及寿命很大程度上取决于其调速系统的性能.为了抑制负荷扰动,提高主机调速器的可靠性和控制精度,设计了基于S7-200PLC和MM420变频调速器,将系统的性能要求转化为变频控制问题.针对外部干扰和主机调速过程的特点,增加了滤波功能和步进式算法,改善了主机调速的稳定性.The performances and lifespan of a marine main engine depend on the performanees of its speed adjusting system to wide extent. To restrain load disturbance and enhance the reliability and control accuracy for the speed governor of the main engine, this paper designed a frequeney conversion governor base on S7-200PLC and MM420 and converted the requirements for the performanees of the whole system into the frequency transducing control. According to the characteristics of outer disturbances and speed adjusting process of the main engine, this paper added wave filtering function and step arithmetic to improve speed adjusting stability of the main engine.
