摘 要:传统的铝酸钠溶液成分浓度主要采用人工定时取样、化验室试剂滴定分析的方法确定,这种方法虽然准确度较高,但是时间间隔较长,对及时指导生产非常不利.在线测量铝酸钠溶液化学成分浓度的方法在测量精度和实时性方面仍需改进.为此,研究了铝酸钠溶液成分浓度软测量的数学模型建立、检验和求解技术,研制了基于该技术的在线测量系统,并结合系统现场运行情况给出了数学模型的修正方法.系统的模型求解值与化学分析值的误差一般不超过±3%,其实时性和测量精度能够满足生产工艺的要求.For traditional analysis of the composition density of sodium aluminate solution, the method of manually timing sampling and chemical laboratory agent titration is used. Though the method of density analysis is greatly precise, interval of time is longer. It can not contribute to guiding production on time. It is necessary to use the on-line measuring the chemical composition density of sodium aluminate solution with new method, but the accuracy and function of real time of automatic measurement method need to be improved. So the soft - sensing technique of the composition density of sodium aluminate solution is proposed, which includes the establishment test and the resolution of mathematical model. An on-line measurement system based the technique is developed, and an adjusting method for the mathematical model is also given by running the system. The errors between system model calculation and chemical analysis are less than ± 3% commonly. The accuracy of measurement and function of the real time can meet the requirement of production process.
