摘　　要：中小学全面实施素质教育，有利于创新人才的成长，而目前中小学阶段无法全面实行素质教育的原因之一是高考“魔棒”。本文分析了创新人才培养的内涵和自主招生的优越性，提出了进一步完善高校自主招生，搭建培养创新人才的桥梁的思考和建议。Education in elementary and middle schools is of vital importance. The implementation of education for all-round development will especially be instrumental to the tive talents. However, one of the reasons why the education for all-round development cannot be realized is the college entrance examination. This article, analyses the connotation of innovative talent cultivation and the advantages of independent recruitment, and puts forward the propositions for improvement of independent recruitment in colleges and universities and promotion of innovative talent cultivation.
