摘　　要：边远地区高校要发展生存，必须分析自己的背景优势，并以“利基”发展理念导引学校运作，突出区域特色，强化为地方经济建设服务，实现培养学生能力从“学”到“术”的战略转移，从多方面着手，形成学校和谐发展的核心竞争力。The Universtities in remote areas must analyze their own adwantages themselves. And the universities should lead the mode of their operation, stand out the the areas, strengthen service for construction of local economic, implement the reform manner to form the core power of competition of universities＇ harmonious development.
