摘　　要：本文通过对导师制实施的背景原因、导师应该具备的基本素质、职责等方面进行初探，力图对学生的教育管理工作做一点推动。This article made an introduction on the basic characteristics of tutorship, the necessary quality a tutor should have, the tutor＇s responsibitities, etc, trying to enhance the educational management of students.
