摘  要:试验探讨外源激素6-BA、KT、ABA、PP333对观赏五彩椒试管内开花的影响。结果表明:单独添加6-BA不能诱导五彩椒形成花蕾;KT在浓度为1.0mg/L的时候可以诱导少量五彩椒形成花蕾;ABA和PP333都能诱导五彩椒形成花蕾,但形成的花蕾都不开花。用ABA预处理后再在附加有6-BA、KT的培养基中诱导培养,当ABA浓度为0.1mg/L、KT浓度为1.0mg/L时,形成花蕾株率为80.0%;用PP333预处理后再在附加有6-BA、KT的诱导培养基中诱导培养,当PP333浓度为0.3mg/L、KT浓度为1.0mg/L时,形成花蕾株率最高达到93.3%。In this experiment, we have studied on the effect caused by Exogenous hormone 6- BA, KT,ABA and PP333 on the C. frutescens var. cerasiforme Bailey flowering in vitro. The results show that it is difficult for 6 - BA to induce the formation of flower buds. With the KT at 1.0mg/L, small amount of flower buds can be inducedo Induced by ABA and PP333, the flower buds but not flower can be formed. The rate of flower buds formation can be enhanced when the C. frutescens var. cerasiforme Bailey pre-treated by ABA or PP333 are cultured under the medium containing 6 - BA or KT. With 0.1mg/L of ABA, and 1.0mg/L of KT, The rate of flower buds formation can come up to 80.0% ; when the PP333 concentration is at 0.3mg/L, and the KT at 1.0mg/L, The rate of flower buds formation can achieve to 93.3 %.
