摘　　要：胃肠道间质瘤曾经被认为是内脏器官的非常见肿瘤,近年来,随着免疫组织化学分析技术的发展,人们清晰地认识其临床特征不同于其他胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤。本文综述了胃肠道间质瘤诊断、治疗的最新进展。Gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GISTs）was considered to be an uncommon visceral sarcoma.With the development of immunohistochemical technique in recent years,clinical features of GISTs has been known to be different from other gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors.This article reviewed the progresses in diagnoses and treatment of GISTs.
