摘  要:运用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,并采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。从3个样本中分别鉴定出10种、16种和19种挥发油成分,占各自挥发油总量的99.62%、99.71%和99.28%。3个采集地的芳香新塔花的主要成分相同,均为长叶薄荷酮和薄荷酮,两者总量分别达到了89.02%(乌鲁木齐市雅山样品)、83.51%(乌鲁木齐市南郊样品)和87.11%(新疆布尔津县禾木乡样品),其他主要成分为异薄荷酮、胡椒烯酮、异长叶薄荷酮、柠檬烯等。The essential oil of Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam. from three specimens was extracted using steam distillation. The chemical components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC/MS. 10, 16 and 19 components are identified from three specimens,which accounted for 99.63%, 99.70% and 99.28% of volatile fraction, respectively. The major components are pulegone and menthone, which accounted for 89. 02% (Yamalike Hill at Urumqi), 83.51%(southern suburbs of Urumqi) and 87. 11% (Horm rural Buerjin county of Xinjiang). Others are isomenthone, piperitenone,isopulegone and limonene et al.
