摘  要:针对VXI总线测试设备集成度高、系统复杂,状态检测、故障诊断难度大、耗时长等特点,设计一种基于虚拟仪器的自动检测诊断系统。由数据采集与激励,基于规则推理的故障诊断,基于神经网络的故障诊断,以及人机交互子系统和数据库维护与管理子系统组成。实验验证系统检测功能齐全,故障定位准确,可满足vxI测试设备在线检测、诊断的需要。Aiming at VXIbus test instrumentation has characteristics of high integration, complex architecture, great difficulty and long test time on detecting and fault diagnosis, design an auto detecting and fault diagnosis system based on virtual instrument technology. It consists of data acquisition and excitation, fault diagnosis based on rule reasoning, fault diagnosis based on neural network, human-computer interactive system, database maintenance and management system. It indicates that the system can roundly detect and accurately locate faults while can satisfy the requirements of on-line detection and fault diagnosis.
