摘　　要：学习型组织充分体现了知识经济时代对组织管理模式变化的要求,代表着组织未来的发展趋势。以系统动态学的视角,从组织学习、组织结构、系统要素三方面对学习型组织这个复杂系统进行了动态分析,分别建立了相应的动态反馈模型,揭示了学习型组织系统内部与其外部环境之间的动态反馈机制,提出了构建和完善学习型组织的建议。Learning organization fully reflects the requirement of changing management model for organization in knowledge economy era and represents the organizational development tendency in the future, From the perspective of system dynamics and guided by the methodology of systems science, the article makes dynamic analysis of learning organization from three aspects which are organizational learning, organizational structure and the elements of system, it respectively establishes the dynamic feed-back model according to these aspects, thereby reveals the dynamic feed-back mechanism between the inside of learning organization and the outside environment, and finally makes suggestions to found and Deflect learning organization.
