摘　　要：对虚拟物流组织的概念和特征做了进一步归纳与分析。在此基础上提出了虚拟物流中的内组织与外组织构建理论,并应用资源依赖理论对虚拟物流组织产生的根源进行了分析,得出如下结论:企业构建虚拟物流组织的目的是与其他物流网络(实体或信息)集聚,共享和交换有价值的而且是无法通过市场交换获得的资源;虚拟物流组织是利用跨管理域、跨地理域的物流资源的一种有效手段。The concept and characteristics of virtual logistics organization is induced and analyzed deeply, and on the base of this the inner organization and outside organization design theory of virtual logistics is proposed. By applying the resource dependence theory the reasons of virtual logistics organization are analyzed. Finally the conclusions are as follows. The purpose of Enterprise designing virtual logistics organization is to centralize with the other logistics network （entity or information）, share and exchange valuable resource which can not be obtained by the market exchange. Virtual logistics organization is an effective means by utilizing logistics resource in different management and geography domains.
