摘  要:本文研究了氯离子对东方拟无枝酸菌发酵产物的影响。在常规培养条件下,改变发酵培养基中氯离子存在形式或是添加抑氯剂和溴化钠,都发现了新组分无氯万古霉素(didechlorovancomycin,DDCV)的产生。通过对培养基中添加抑氯剂的量的改变,发现加入0.005%2-巯基苯骈噻唑和0.1%溴化钠时万古霉素产量降至对照的6%,而DDCV的相对含量达到62%。This study focused on the effect of chorine on the fermentation products of Arnycolatopsis orientalis. Changing the form of inorganic salt of Chloride anion or adding its inhibitor and NaBr into the medium, a new component didechlorovancomycin (DDCV) was found. An optimum fermentation medium was obtained in which 0. 005% inhibitor and 0.1% NaBr was added, while the vancomycin yield decreased to 6%, and the relative content of didechlorovancomycin was reached up to 62% as compared to the control respectively.
