摘　　要：实验性高眼压动物模型主要用于青光眼的发病机制、降眼压药疗效观察和视神经损害的机制及治疗方面的研究。按照持续时间不同,将高眼压动物模型分为急性和慢性两种,本文将近年来常用的慢性青光眼动物模型作一综述。Animal models of experimental intraocular hypertension research is used to study the glaucoma mechanism, curative effect of the drug, damage of opitc nerve and treatment. According to the duration, animal models of intraocular hypertension are divided into acute and chronic types. The chronic models are general discussed here.
