摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DRP)发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay,ELISA)法测定房水VEGF浓度。结果:老年性白内障合并2型糖尿病组房水VEGF浓度明显高于老年性白内障组。结论:VEGF参与DRP的发生、发展。Objective： To study the role of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the occurrence and progress of Diabetic Retinopathy（DRP）. Methods： The aqueous humor VEGF concentration was measured by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）, result： The aqueous humor VEGF levels in aged-related cataract with type 2 diabetes group were higher than in aged-related cataract group. Conclusion： VEGF play an important role in the onset and development of DRP.
