摘　　要：种植体一旦接触口腔环境就会发生种植体周围一定量的骨吸收,因为骨的丧失限制了种植的美学效果,建立长期稳定的、理想的、和谐的软组织,就必须注意骨-种植体的三维关系。CT三维重建后,可从三个方向评价植入区的骨量,从美学角度出发,依据种植体周骨量的要求制定出治疗计划,再严格按照计划,做出手术用的外科导板进行种植,用以避免在术中外科医生为了不暴露种植体将就现有骨量而忽略了未来几年后发生的骨吸收。应用CT图像+外科导板的无翻瓣术,在适应证下,最小程度地破坏角化龈,对种植更具美学意义。Once implants are exposed to the oral environment , some amount of bone absorption will appear around the implant. To form long-term, stable, ideal and harmonious soft tissue, attention must be paid to the three-dimentional relationship of the bone-implant, for the bone loss limits the esthetic effect of implantology. After the reconstruction of CT, the bone quantity can be estimated from 3D. Treatment plan must be depended on it from the esthetic aspects. Then according to the plan, surgical guide used in the operation will be made and used in the implantology in order to avoid the bone loss in the next few years, which is usually neglect- ed by the surgeons during the operation, for the purpose of not exposing the implant and adopting the bone situation, the application of flapless technique miximum invading the kerafinization gingival has great significance in the aesthetic aspect under the indication. This article discusses the application of flapless technique in the aesthetics.
