摘　　要：知识管理是现今研究的热点,对处于知识经济新形势中的企业而言意义重大。结合我国中小制造企业信息化对知识管理的巨大需求以及企业自身的特点,详细论述了知识管理的内涵和关键技术以及在我国中小制造企业中的具体实施方法,并给出了一个成功应用知识管理的实例。Knowledge management is the hotspot of research currently and shows great significance for the enterprises in the new status of knowledge economy. The connotation and key technology of knowledge management and the concrete application method in small and medium-size enterprises in China are discussed in detail according to the great requirement for knowledge management in small and medium-size enterprises in China and their characteristics. A successful application example of knowledge management is given.
