摘  要:目的探讨p33ING1b mRNA的表达水平与非小细胞肺癌(Non-small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)临床病理特征的关系及其在NSCLC发生发展中的可能作用及生物学意义。方法用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测58例NSCLC患者中的癌组织及其癌旁组织p33ING1b mRNA表达水平。结果NSCLC组织中p33ING1b mRNA表达强度(0.408±0.156)低于癌旁组织(0.601±0.326),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NSCLC组织中p33ING1b mRNA表达水平与病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有密切关系(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、吸烟与否、组织学类型无关(p>0.05)。结论p33ING1b mRNA低水平表达在NSCLC发生发展过程中起重要作用,P33ING1b低水平表达可作为一个预测NSCLC转移潜能以及不良预后的生物学指标。Objective To explore the relationship between p33^ING1b mRNA Expression Level and clinico- pathologic characterstics in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and the possible mechanism of p33^ING1b in the oncogenesis of NSCLC. Methods Reverse transcriptase-polymemseehain reaction (RT-PCR) method was employed to detect the mRNA level of p33^ING1b in NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues of cancer. Results The expression level of p33^ING1b mRNA in NSCLC tissues (0.408±0.156) was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues of cancer (0.601±0.326) (P〈0.05). The level of p33^ING1b mRNA was significantly associated with pathologi- cal grades, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis, but not associated with sex, age, smoking and tissue types (p〉0.05). Conclusion The decrease of p33^ING1b mRNA may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and development of NSCLC, and may be an adjuvant parameter in evaluating tumor differentiation, invasion and prognosis.
