刺五加胶囊治疗神经衰弱的临床观察

摘　　要：刺五加胶囊是不寐类非处方药,系中药保护品种,由刺五加浸膏组成,具有益气健脾,补肾安神之功效,为了进一步评价该药的临床疗效及安全性,对刺五加胶囊进行系统的临床试验。采用随机、双盲、阳性药对照的试验方法,结果表明刺五加胶囊对神经衰弱有一定的治疗作用,明显改善患者症状,总疗效优于对照组。故本品确为神经衰弱病良药,有较好临床应用价值。Acanthopanax senticosus capsule is composed by Acanthopanax senticosus, it＇s a kind of sleeplessness OTC and the variety of traditional Chinese medicines. The capsule can strength the spleen, invig- orate the kidney and relieve uneasiness. In order to make a further evaluation of its clinical curative effect and the security of the medicine, this paper carries a series of clinical experiment on Acanthopanax senticosus cap- sule. By the means of stochastically trail, double-blind and positive control drug, the result shows that the capsule has certain treatment function to the neurasthenia, and the patients＂ symptom has been improved obvi- ously, the total effective rate of treatment group is superior to that of the contrast group. Therefore this capsule is the good medicine for treating neurasthenia, and has better clinical application value.
