小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的临床疗效。方法对263例263只眼白内障采用小切口非超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入手术。结果术后第一天视力<0.327例(10.27%),0.3～0.8224例(85.17%),>0.812例(4.56%)。术后3个月矫正视力<0.37例(2.66%),0.3～0.8220例(84.65%),0.6～0.8127例(48.29%),>0.836例(13.69%)。术中术后并发症有术中后囊膜破裂8例(3.04%);术后角膜水肿22例(8.37%),前房出血3例(1.14%),葡萄膜炎2例(0.76%),暂时性高眼压4例(1.52%),角膜顽固性上皮脱落1例(0.38%),瞳孔轻度变形3例(1.14%)。结论该手术安全可靠、成本低、方法简单、效果快且稳定、实用性强。Objective To observe the clinical effects of implantation of small incision non -phacoe mulsification intracocular lens in the patients with cataract.Method 263 cases（263 eyes）were accepted small incision non-phacoe mulsification cataract surgery and implanted intraocular lens.Results The vision acuity of 27 cases（10.27%）were lower than 0.3 one day after surgery,204cases（50.5%）of them were between 0.3 and 0.5,91 cases（34.6%）of them were between 0.6 and 0.8 ,12 cases（4.56%）of them were better than 0.8.The correct defects of vision of 7 cases（2.66%）were between 0.1 and 0.3,93 cases（35.36）of them were between 0.3 and 0.5 ,127 cases （48.29%）of them were between 0.6 and 0.8,36 cases （13.69%）of them were better than 0.8.Conclusion The implantation of small incision non-phacoemulsification intraocular lens is a safe、simple、reliable and practical method for cataract patients.
