流动手术车白内障规模化手术运行机制的探讨

摘　　要：目的探索流动手术车白内障规模化手术的运行机制。方法启动"江可伯光明快车",深入江门市恩平市、鹤山市的各乡镇,在当地政府、残联和卫生院的协调配合,以白内障患者晶状体核的硬度及手术易难程度不同分三级进行评估和管理,选择不同的手术方式开展规模化手术,施行Phaco939眼,ECCE179眼。结果与当地市乡镇政府、残联和卫生院的密切合作,有利于发动组织病源、联合眼科设备、技术力量雄厚所形成的优势互补,可加快防盲治盲工作的进展。术后第一天裸眼视力≥0.05者90.25%,≥0.3为48.48%。结论利用眼科流动手术车开展规模化白内障手术解决了眼科技术力量薄弱的农村和边远地区致盲白内障患者的各种困扰,是加快白内障复明手术的有效运行机制。Objective To discuss the operational mechanism of the large-scale cataract surgery in the Mobile Surgery vehicle. Methods Drived the ＇Jiang kebo bright express＇ to go down to the Jiangmen,Enping,Heshan＇s various villages and towns .The operation was divided into three divisions by the hardness of the lens nucleus and the difficulty.With the help of the local government,Disabled Person＇s Federation Public and the health centres ,we choosed different surgery ways on the basis of the three divisions,939 cataract patients undergone the Phaco, and 179 patients undergone the ECCE.Results The close cooperation between the local government,Disabled Person＇s Federation Public,health centres and us ,was helpful to make the advantages organizing the patients,combining the ophthalmological instrument,the strong technique power complementary wity each other to facilitate the progress of the blindness prevention and treatment.The one day postoperatively naked vision of 55.13% patients was 0.05 or better,and 48.48% was 0.3 or better.Conclusions The technology strength of the country and the remote areas was weak .The mobile surgery vehicle had solved the problem of the cataract patients who lived in these areas.It was the effectived mechanism to facilitate the progress of the cataract operations.
