摘　　要：目的研究临床上Justy-Ⅱ根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法收集临床上需进行根管治疗的80颗患牙,共174只根管。采用Justy-Ⅱ根尖定位仪配合感觉法测量根管工作长度,进行常规根管预备、根管充填后,根据X线片检查根管充填材料距根尖的位置来评价其准确性。结果根管工作长度测量174只根管有165只准确,占94.8%;9只不准确,占5.2%。结论Justy-Ⅱ根尖定位仪准确率高,操作方便、直观、无辐射,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate clinical accuracy of Justy-Ⅱ Root apex locator in measuring root canal work length. Methods 174 root canals of 80 teeth need to be treated were collected by clinication, root canal work length was measured with Justy-Ⅱ root apex locator, root canal was prepared and filling routinely. Position of gutta pertscha filled into root canal was tested with X-ray,therapeutic effect was observed. Results 165 out of 174 root canals were suitable, account for 94. 8% , 9 out of 174 root canals were incorrect account for 5.2%. Conclusion Justy-Ⅱ root apex locator is objective and convenient,but will be effected by alive pulp and the diameter of root apex.
