摘  要:目的对前列安颗粒进行药效学研究,为临床用药提供依据。方法(1)对1.5%角叉菜胶致大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的影响:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、前列安颗粒小剂量组(1.5 g/kg)、前列安颗粒中剂量组(3.0 g/kg)、前列安颗粒大剂量组(6.0 g/kg)及阳性药前列舒乐颗粒组(2.4 g/kg)6组,每组10只,各给药组大鼠连续灌胃给药7日,每日1次,模型对照组给予等容量蒸馏水,末次给药后30 min,在每鼠前列腺内注入1.5%角叉菜胶0.05 mL,24 h后断头处死大鼠,取致炎前列腺组织,镜下记录白细胞数和卵磷脂小体密度。(2)对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的影响:将小鼠随机分为模型对照组、前列安颗粒小剂量组(2.0 g/kg)、前列安颗粒中剂量组(4.0 g/kg)、前列安颗粒大剂量组(8.0 g/kg)及阳性药醋酸泼尼松组(8 mg/kg)5组,每组10只,给药组连续灌胃给药7日,每日1次,容量为0.2 mL/10 g体质量,模型对照组给予等量蒸馏水,末次给药后30 min,分别在小鼠右耳两面涂以二甲苯0.05 mL/只,左耳作对照,15 min后处死动物,用直径6mm的打孔器将双耳同部位切下,以左、右耳片质量之差为肿胀度,计算各组肿胀度。(3)0.6%醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响:将小鼠随机分为模型对照组、前列安颗粒小剂量组(2.0 g/kg)、前列安颗粒中剂量组(4.0 g/kg)、前列安颗粒大剂量组(8.0 g/kg)及阳性药醋酸泼尼松组(8 mg/kg)5组,每组10只,给药组连续灌胃给药7日,每日1次,容量为0.2 mL/10 g体质量,模型对照组给予等量蒸馏水,末次给药后30 min,分别尾静脉注射0.5%伊文思兰0.9%氯化钠注射液0.1 mL/10 g体质量,同时腹腔注射0.6%醋酸0.2 mL/只,20 min后处死动物,取腹腔洗涤液上清液于590 nm处测吸光度(0D)。结果前列安颗粒小、中、大剂量均可抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠前列腺非细菌性炎症,增加前列腺组织内卵磷脂小体密度,并可明显抑制棉球肉芽肿形成;对二甲�Objective To conduct Pharmacodynamics research of Qianliean pellet and provide the basis for the clinical medication. Methods (1) The influence on the rats with non - bacterial prostatitis of 1.5% carrageenin. Rats were divided randomly into the normal control group, the model control group, the Qianliean low - dose group ( 1.5 g/kg), mid - dose group (3.0 g/kg), high - dose group (6.0 g/kg), with 10 rats in each group. All groups were treated continuously for 7 days, once a day. The model control group was given distilled water, 30rains after the last medication, injects 1. 5% carrageenin 0.05ml in each rat's prostate, after 24hs, behead execute the rats and record the white blood cell number and Lecithin density. (2) the influence on the swelling ears of rats. Rats were randomly divided into the model control group, the Qianliean low-dose group(2.0 g/kg), mid - dose group (4.0g/kg), high - dose group( 8. 0g/kg) and acetic Prednisone group (8mg/kg) with each group 10 rats. All groups were treated continuously for 7 days, once a day. The capacity was 0.2 ml/10g physique quantity, the model control group was given the isometric distilled water, a 30milts after the last medication, apply separately on rat's right ear by xylene 0.05 ml, the left ear left for the comparison. After 15mins, execute the rats, the binaural same spot were cut down with the diameter 6 mm punching bears. The differenee between the ear quality, of swelling was recorded and calculate swelling for each group. (3) the influence on the abdominal cavity blood capillary permeability of 0.6% acetic acid. Rats were randomly divided into the model control group, the Qianliean low- dose group (2.0 g/kg), mid- dose group (4.0 g/kg), high- dose group (8.0 g/kg) and the acetic acid Prednisone group (8 rag/ kg), with each group 10 rats.
