气相色谱法测定麸炒苍术中β-桉叶醇的含量

摘　　要：目的建立麸炒苍术中β-桉叶醇的含量测定方法并确定限量范围。方法气相色谱法，J＆W Scientific ZB-5（30m×0．25mm）色谱柱，FID检测器；载气为氮气；流速：4ml／min；分流比：20：1。结果方法学考察结果良好，β-桉叶醇的平均回收率为99．81％，RSD为0．66％，限量范围为1．50‰～2．30‰。结论该方法简便易行，结果准确，重复性好，可作为麸炒苍术饮片的质量控制指标。Aim To establish a method for determining and limiting the content ofβ -eudesmol in bran-processed Rhizoma Atractylodis. Methods Determined by GC, the column was J＆W Scientific ZB-5 30m ×0.25mm;the detector was FID;the gas was nitrogen, the flow rate was 4ml/min, and the divergence ratio was 20： 1. Results The result of methodology was good. The average recovery and RSD andβ -eudesmol was 99.81% and 0.66% respectively. The limit ofβ -eudesmol was 1.50%e - 2.30%e. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and effective for quality control of bran-processed Rhizoma Atractylodis .
