摘　　要：刑事申诉制度涉及到当事人合法权利的保障与裁判的稳定性,关系到社会正义的实现。为了完善刑事申诉制度,须对当前申诉制度存在的问题进行分析,进而提出重构的方案。The criminal appealing system involves the legal rights of the people involved and the stability of judgment and is related to the realization of social justice, To perfect the criminal appealing system, the problems in the current system should be analyzed to get the reconstruction program.
