医学“双师型”教师资格认定标准探析

摘　　要：为了探讨医学"双师型"教师资格认定标准,通过对我国"双师型"教师资格认定标准的历史回顾,结合湖北省5所医学高校的主管领导、教师关于"双师型"教师资格认定标准的访谈结果,联系医学教育的实际,提出了确立医学"双师型"教师资格认定标准的依据和医学"双师型"教师资格认定标准的初步建议。This paper aims to explore the standards which evaluate the qualification for bi-title instructors in higher medical education.By viewing some standards dated from the previous of our country and by referring to some discussions concerning the standards from five medical colleges or universities in Hubei region,the authors sincerely present the evidence of establishment of bi-title instructors' standards and come up with a list of constructive proposals.
