摘　　要：利用PLC本身自带的系统功能块SFB41对单层快速贴面压机位置控制系统进行串联PID校正,满足了热压机高速、无超调的工艺要求,并简要描述了系统的数字PID控制策略及结构化程序的编写。For the technical demands of the single daylight laminating press,high speed and non-overshoot,a PID control strategy about position control based on SFB41 of PLC is proposed in this paper.Lastly,it briefly describes the digital PID control strategy and the structured program of the control system.
