摘  要:目的探讨异基因外周血造血干细胞移植早期感染的防治方法。方法对采用异基因外周血造血干细胞移植治疗的97例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果97例患者移植后早期感染率为92.8%(90/97)。首次感染的发生时间为移植后9d内,中位时间为第6天,高峰时间移植后4~7d,均在中性粒细胞绝对计数〉0.5×10^9/L出现的时间之前,感染持续时间为3—10d。感染部位最常见为口咽部、肠道。结论造血干细胞移植后早期感染多发生在粒细胞缺乏期,口咽、消化道是最常见感染部位。Objective To study the prevention and treatment of early infectious complications after allogeneic peripheral hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Methods The clinical data of 97 eases with HSCT was retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of early infectious complications was 92.8% ( 90/97).The first occurrence of the early infectious complications was at a median of 6 days (0 -9 days ) ,the peak time of incidence was at a median of 4 - 7 days after transplantation. All the infections were occurred before the patients'absolute neutrophil counts 〉0.5 × 10^9/L. The duration of the infections was 3 - 10 days. The most common infectious sites were oral,pharyngeal and intestinal mucosa. Conclusion The incidence of early infectious complications after allogeneic peripheral hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were associated with the duration of neutropenia. Oral cavity,pharynx and digestive tract were the most common infectious sites.
